🇮🇳 Domestic Orders – India

We accept returns under the following conditions:

⏳ Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and original packaging intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted for custom-made or altered items.
  • Customized boxes and covers must also be returned. Missing or damaged packaging may result in a deduction from your refund.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • We offer free return pickup for eligible domestic orders.
  • No charges will be incurred by the customer for return shipping.

💸 Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items returned in used or damaged condition
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the product is damaged or defective)

🌍 International Orders

All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, including:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Customs delays
  • Delivery issues outside our control
